In some rare cases, you may encounter this error "Remote Transaction Failure"

This is due to how our system manages PayPal and Credit Card tokens (we don't store your actual credit card information on our servers for security purposes, that's stored with Stripe and PayPal). 

If you see this error, it's likely because you've used PayPal in the past with us and are trying to use a credit card. There are a few ways to fix this.

You can either use PayPal for the transaction, or you can create a support ticket for us to clear your PayPal token from your account.

If you're seeing this error due to another reason, open a support ticket so we can investigate.
