Bitcoin payments not going through

Our gateway does not support Bitcoin transactions now.


We use Stripe for our Bitcoin processing. Stripe must receive the funds within 10 minutes of showing the customer the address to send the bitcoins to. After 10 minutes it is canceled because stripe can only guarantee the exchange rate for that period of time.

If your invoice isn't marked as paid after 10 minutes, that means Stripe didn't receive your payment in time. They will send you an email to get a refund for your payment.

Unfortunately, our support team doesn't have any further information on how to resolve this issue. If your Bitcoin payment isn't going through, we recommend getting the refund from Stripe (via email), then trying it again until it works. Or try using another payment method.
