We hear this question a lot—in a landscape of inflated cloud hosting prices, it's hard for some to believe the prices we offer. We don't blame anyone for being a little skeptical.
We're the best value in cloud hosting because of our engineers. They create remarkable efficiency, which means we can offer a cloud hosting experience that's faster than the competition, and at a fraction of their cost. Our engineers are the reason we can stand behind our belief that people should be able to deploy virtual servers that are both low-cost and incredibly fast.
In the end, the numbers speak for themselves.

KVM is the ideal platform for developers and businesses that need fully virtualized hardware for maximum flexibility and speed. Run any application, including Docker, on our fastest servers, built with the latest Intel processors, enterprise-grade SSDs in RAID 10, 10Gbps networking, and multiple power redundancies to ensure your server stays online.
We are currently working on supporting additional features, such as the ability to run any operating system, custom kernels, full-disk encryption, and more. In addition, we will support both snapshots and backups in the near future.
And, thanks to optimizations from Virtuozzo, you'll see a 40% performance boost over standard KVM.

To give our customers the most flexibility, we offer both monthly and yearly billing cycles. With a monthly plan, your payment option will be charged at the beginning of every new monthly cycle—this gives you more flexibility to work on a smaller project for a short duration of time. However, our yearly plans are more cost-efficient for long-term projects, and are billed at the anniversary date of initial purchase.
All our listed prices remain flat for the life of the server. For example, let's say you pay $100 per year for a plan. If, in the future, we raise the price of that plan to $110 per year, your price will not change, even between billing cycles.
If you request a cancellation of your server and wish to reactivate it at a later date, you will be billed at the current pricing, which could be higher than the pricing you got when you first created the server.
We offer a 14-day window in which you can cancel your services at no cost to you.
Of course, if you’re having issues with our platform or have concerns about your services, we would much prefer that you file a support ticket and start a conversation with our friendly engineers.
For users outside the 14-day refund window mentioned in the answer above, we still offer SSD Nodes credit if you need to cancel your services.
We'll take the amount of time left on your monthly or yearly billing cycle and prorate the amount you paid initially. You will then receive that prorated amount in SSD Nodes credit, which you can use at a later time to buy new services.
We accept a wide variety of payments for the most flexibility: credit card, PayPal, and Bitcoin. Credit card payments are handled with Stripe, a trusted and secure credit card processor, which allows us to take all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and 135 currencies with full PCI-DSS compliance.
We understand that things happen—credit cards get stolen, or one simply forgets to set a reminder to pay the hosting bill.
Payments are due in full on the monthly or yearly anniversary date of purchase. After five days, public access to the server will be terminated. After seven days, we will terminate access to the network and reclaim the server’s resources.
But, we’ll reach out before either of those scenarios with a gentle reminder that you have a balance due with SSD Nodes.
You can cancel your services at any time in the Actions area of the node you wish to cancel.
If you cancel within 14 days, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel after that, and you cancel with an account in good standing, we can offer prorated SSD Nodes credit that you can use for future services.
A VPS is designed to provide solid processing performance with the capability to occasionally burst to more intense usage for short periods of time.
If a customer is using a lot of resources, we'll reach out via email to let them know. If this usage continues, or appears to reach the threshold where it could affect other clients, we might throttle the server.
