Why do monthly plans cost more than annual or triennial plans?

Our best prices are only possible when we have long-term, stable clients. That allows us to plan our cash flow and maximize our resources to offer the lowest prices in the industry (by far).

What happens if I cross the Network Quota limit? Are there overage fees?

The bandwidth resets on the billing date every month. There are no overage fees if you exceed your monthly bandwidth, but you will be notified and your server could be suspended if you do not address it. We'll recommend you an upgrade to a higher-resource plan to get additional bandwidth if you exceed your limit.

I purchased SSD Nodes snapshots. Where are these snapshots stored?

Snapshots are stored as close to the server main disks as possible. We use this method to make data recovery as fast as possible.

Do you sell or lease dedicated servers?

No. We're focused on providing the best virtual server experience for the lowest price, therefore managing dedicated servers would distract us from that goal.
